For the second consecutive year, the nursing homes at Springfield Masonic Community and Western Reserve Masonic Community have earned the overall 5-star quality rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Ratings System of Nursing Homes.
Both facilities also received 5 stars in the Health Inspections category for a second time.
Ratings are based on three sources including health inspections, quality measures and staffing. The system was created as a guide to help consumers, their families and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily and help identify areas in which they may have questions.
