  • Requests will be scheduled in the order in which they are received.
  • Due to the volume of appointments scheduled, transportation should be requested as early as possible.
  • Every effort will be made to schedule appointments during normal business hours.  Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

Q How will I be billed for my transportation?

A All charges will be applied to your monthly statement.  You do not pay the driver directly.

Q How are appointments scheduled?

A Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to medical appointments.

Q What information do I need to have when I call to request an appointment?

A Please have the address and phone number of your destination, as well as the doctor’s name (if medical).

Q Can I schedule my own appointment?

A You may always schedule your own appointment, but you run the risk of transportation not being available if you do.  We recommend contacting us with the necessary information and allowing us to schedule for you.  We will do everything possible to accommodate your needs and personal schedule.
