Originally built in 1892, Springfield Masonic Community not only offers personalized housing and tailored amenities, but also outstanding health services and memory care within a dynamic environment that promotes well-being and independence for all individuals ages 55 and better. Located on 250 beautiful acres near Springfield and Dayton, this is the place to call home.
Our nursing home recently earned its fourth consecutive overall 5-star quality rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Ratings System of Nursing Homes, click here to see the report. We offer skilled nursing care, Alzheimer’s and dementia related services and the Homeward Journey therapy program, with a newly renovated therapy center.
Springfield Masonic Community is a place to find a range of activities, resident-driven projects, fitness opportunities and more. With concerns such as home upkeep off your mind, you’ll be free to do whatever you’d like.

Like the quieter life? There are several areas indoors and out to simply relax and enjoy life at your own pace. Get a book or video in our library and shop in our campus gift shop.
Enjoy being active? Use our fitness center with trainer available most mornings or try a sit-down exercise class. Learn to paint, create something in the wood shop or join a sewing group.
Our campus is like a quiet suburban neighborhood with many conveniences right here. Our main buildings are connected by a convenient passage system for easy access. Yet we’re close to the city of Springfield and the larger cities of Dayton and Columbus for visiting family and friends.
